What is the model of your Samsung laptop? Here is a link to the tool I recommended in one of the previous messages in this thread.
Intel Graphics Hd 4000 Driver Update Windows 7
I just used this tool myself about an hour ago and the offending update is hidden.
That webpage says 'temporarily,' because some computer and device manufacturers have not yet developed specific drivers to use with Windows 10. Imagine the number of computers and devices out there in more than 160 countries that Windows 10 is going out to. The different configurations must run in the millions.
Were you able, then, to find a Samsung driver that worked for you?
Visit Samsung support too see if there is a recommended Windows 10 driver and to look for more support information. I don't know your model number, so I can't point you to anything specific. I don't know if Samsung has an auto-detect system feature.
Change your Advanced Options in Windows Update to 'notify to schedule restart.' This setting will not allow updates to install automatically. Change it back to Automatic once you have the correct driver installed.

Run the wushowhide.diagcab tool to hide that update. The instructions to use it are easy to understand.
You need to uninstall those drivers in the Device Manager or use the Roll Back Driver button in the device properties and Roll Back to the driver file that does work. Ask me if you have any questions.
This is pretty easy to do, but please reply back to this message if you would like more help.
