Shortly after upgrading to Microsoft Office 2007 I ran across this nice FREE add-on from Microsoft which allows you to save your documents in the Adobe PDF or Microsoft XPS format using all eight.

My link to the add-in also does not work. A lot of my old MS resource links don't work anymore which is a real shame. However I think that the Office 2007 PDF add-in was included in the later service patches for Office 2007. Try installing the SP3 and see if you get the PDF add-in installed at the same time. Be sure to save a copy of the SP as I would not trust that MS would not remove those too someday.

If that doesn't work then you can always download and install the freebie pdf tool from www.primopdf.com . I actually use this PDF tool more than the Office tool as it will work with every program and let's you append an existing PDF file. When you install it always choose a custom install and read carefully. Opt out of the extra toolbars and junkware that are sometimes bundled with these free utilities.

And finally it may be that the add-in is not compatible with newer OS, but I think I have a copy of it and could upload it for download if you really want it.
